FTC Ergo Fresh Pinboner has been developed to remove pin
bones in fresh fillets without breaking the bones. Salmon and trout fillets are usually pin boned several days after slaughtering; post rigor and when the connections to the muscle are weaker. Trio FTC has developed a system in this new pin boner for controlling the pulling power and speed to avoid breaking bones that are firmly attached to the fish muscle. The FTC Ergo Fresh makes it possible to pin bone fillets earlier, before rigor sets in and sooner after rigor mortis. New FTC Ergo Fresh Pin Boner The new pin boner is equipped with a new automatic control for the pulling power and speed in order to avoid broken pin bones. The pin boner is developed on the basis of the successful FTC Ergo-Light Pin Bone Remover which has been sold all over the world for more than 20 years. · Unique mechanical pulling action which gently removes pin bones from both fresh and defrosted fillets. When the pin boner meets a bone that is firmly attached to the muscle the speed is reduced to avoid breaking the bone. · The FTC Ergo Fresh Pinboner is air powered and has been developed and tested to meet even the harshest working conditions. · The slimmer design makes it neater and easy to handle even for small female hands.
